Who is wholesale for?
The option is available for both small online businesses and brick and mortar stores with a lead time of 5-6 weeks, as every product is custom made.
What are your wholesale prices?
It all depends on your order. Some items take a lot longer to make than others, so prices vary depending on quantity etc. I’m more than happy to discuss this with you. I try to offer the best prices possible for both wholesale and full price products. When is payment due?
It all depends on the size of your order. For larger orders, a 50% deposit is required before we start working on your order. This allows us to buy the materials ahead of time.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use Royal Mail for shipping and will include tracking and insurance.
Is there a cancellation policy?
You have 48 hours to cancel, then anytime after that period a 20% fee of the total order value will be charged.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted or replaced if items arrive damaged.
