We currently ship within Canada, to the US, Australia and New Zealand.
All orders are custom made and usually ship within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email once your order is shipped. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
Orders for Canada, Australia and New Zealand are sent via Canada Post. If you select a shipping option with tracking then you will receive a tracking number via email.
All orders to the US are sent via Chit Chats and it will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
Please note that customers are responsible for the payment of any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged to them by their country.
LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, Unwrapped Yarn is not responsible for lost packages. However, we will do our best to help you with your order.
Chit Chats do offer a refund if shipments go missing in transit.
REFUSED DELIVERY
If you refuse an order and it is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods but not the shipping.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout as Unwrapped Yarn is not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
